The room was really spacious with huge, comfortable beds. It was also quiet since it faced the back. Plenty of plants in the hallways added a nice touch. The mini fridge in the room was super useful for keeping drinks cool. A great stay! 😊

My stay at Fersal Hotel was quite an experience. The location is excellent, right along a major thoroughfare, making it easy to catch a cab. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was spacious, with two double beds that were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast options included decent Filipino dishes like well-done eggs and various meats. I enjoyed having my meal delivered to my room. The staff was always around to assist, especially the security guard who helped me with my bags upon arrival. However, my room had some issues, especially with the thin blanket provided which left me cold at night. The hot water took a while to come through, wasting water in the process. Additionally, the noisy street-facing room made it hard to relax at times. A remote for the air conditioning would have been a nice touch. Despite these inconveniences, the quick check-in and check-out processes made a positive impression.

The staff was always around to assist.
I faced numerous issues with my stay at Fersal Hotel Kalayaan. The towels provided were tiny, and when I requested an extra one, I was informed that I would need to return one first. To add to my frustration, the bathroom lacked proper amenities and one morning, there was no hot water at all. Even worse, the TV signal was unreliable, and the internet connection barely worked throughout my six-night visit.
